Patryk Kalista

co-founder

A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice with a degree in Graphic Design, he explored the impact of theater funding on the development of poster art in his master’s thesis. Along with his team, he won third place in a competition for the design and concept of the Polish Pavilion exhibition at the 15th Venice Architecture Biennale. He designs visual identities, websites, and cultural posters and is a frequent participant in the International Poster Biennale, the International Theater Poster Biennale, and the Polish Poster Biennale. His works are showcased in exhibitions, reviews, and publications. In his professional life, he is also engaged in teaching, instructing students in graphic design. He is particularly interested in how cultural codes and shifts affect communication through image and word. A lover of beauty, he never parts with his mirror.

Olga Mikos

co-founder

She holds degrees from the Faculty of Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice and the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław. She designs for clients in new technologies, publishing, and public institutions. Her experience spans commercial and educational projects, including work for the University of Life Sciences in Wrocław and in advertising agencies. At Pictodo, she creates illustrations, infographics, and visual identities. She values good design and big meals, which is why her desk is strategically placed near the refrigerator door.

Tatiana Zawrzykraj

social media manager

A graduate in Polish Comparative Literature and Cultural Management from Jagiellonian University, she is also a certified stylist and image consultant. Her education has led her to seek a bit of poetry in everyday life. She’s a fan of the poems of Julia Hartwig and Sylvia Plath, as well as Susan Sontag’s journals. Details are her priority, which is why she always pays close attention to commas. She also works as an editor for an online fashion and business portal.

Olek Iwaszkiewicz

photo studio manager

He completed a five-year program in Fine Art Photography at FAMU in Prague, collaborating with numerous advertising agencies. His photos have appeared in publications such as Elle Deco, Dom i Wnętrze, Architektura, Twój Styl, Marianne Bydlení, and Moderní Dům. He has taught at the European Academy of Photography, the Academy of Photography, and currently teaches at the Warsaw School of Photography and Graphic Design. He is one of the most respected product advertising photographers in Poland.
